Production & Delivery
Collectibles and personal orders ship within 2-5 days. Most custom orders ship within 1-2 weeks of art approval. For unusually large or complex orders, please allow 3-4 weeks. Early delivery is quite common, but depends on our workload at time of order.
Set-Ups
There is a one-time $75 (v) setup charge for all new artwork. There are no setup charges on exact repeat orders or those requiring minor changes.
PMS Colormatch
There is no fee for PMS color matching.
Second Side Engraving
Occasionally, some orders require second-side engraving. Second-side engraving is billed at 50% of the original etching price. Example: if etching a single side of an award costs $50, typically, etching the second side will cost $25.
Methods of Payment
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express accepted. NET 30 on approved credit. New accounts are charged 50% to begin work on custom orders, and 50% upon order completion. Please Note: For customers etching any wine or champagne brand other than our own, payment of the wine itself is required to begin production of your order. This is due to California laws governing wine sales.
Rush Orders
We do rush orders every day. We can usually accommodate your rush requests, but sometimes they may be subject to additional fees. If you have a special need, please feel free to contact us. We always do our best to help you any way we can.
Shipping
We ship etched products to virtually every country. Because of special alcoholic beverage shipping laws we ship alcohol wherever it is legal to do so. Of course, we can ship non-alcoholic beverages to any state.
Most orders ship UPS or FedEx. Unusually large orders ship F.O.B. southern California. PLEASE NOTE: Adult ID and signature are required to receive wine and champagne shipments.
Rates and Times
We calculate shipping rates directly from UPS or FedEx shipping rate tables. These rate are available at www.ups.com and www.fedex.com.
Drop Ship
We are happy to drop ship, an especially popular offering during the holiday season. The charge for this service is $5 (r) per address, plus shipping.
International Shipments
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands may require additional shipping charges. Shipping to various international locations may require additional shipping and/or customs charges, as well.
Sizes & Measurements
All capacities, sizes and measurements are approximate. Small variations may occur from piece to piece.

We ship all products in exact quantities.

These are not blemishes; rather, they are indications of the finest levels of craftmanship. In the unlikely event of a difficulty with any of our products or workmanship, simply let us know within 10 days of product receipt. We promise to make it right.
