Set-Ups
There is a one-time $75 (v) setup charge for all new orders. There are no setup charges on exact repeat orders or those requiring minor changes.

Occasionally, we are required to clean-up artwork as a part of set-up. Art time is billed at $75 per hour, in quarter hour increments. At the completion of clean-up, we will provide you with clean, black & white, camera-ready artwork. Our art team reserves the right to determine if changes require billable time, but will always discuss possible requirements with you before beginning work.

Personalization & Copy Changes
Personalization or copy changes within an order are $10 per change.

Platform	We work on both Mac and PCs, but prefer PC based art.
Software	We work primarily in Illustrator and Photoshop.
Compressed Files	We accept both Zipped and Stuffed files.
Art Formats	.AI, .EPS, .TIFF files are preferred. We can convert other formats if you need.
Fonts as Art	Sending fonts as artwork is easy. To best ensure ease of transfer, we suggest the following:
	Illustrator - Convert to Outlines Corel Draw - Convert to Curves Freehand - Convert to Paths

Trademarks
Liability for correct use of any copyright protected trademark, crest or logo resides with the customer. The logos shown in our marketing materials represent orders from our customers and are used for illustration purposes only. These logos are the exclusive property of their respective institutions.
